WikiBrunch/Berlin/20250323

On Sunday 23th of April we met for the WikiBrunch at WikiBär just before 1PM and stayed much after 3PM again :-) Plakor who did most of the hosting this time and Darko were early in, while Denis apologized for delay, later Antonio and Phillip for early leaving...with 3 online participants we had again a big number in total.
As we sat down together, chopped vegies, cooked soup and served food we also chatted on personal updates and interest topics from clubbing to politics in Berlin and elswhere (also cross-section of club-politics/policies).
Aside from cooking, eating and chatting, we also discussed language learning (with 3 online participants), media situation, technical skills and setups (older Apple hardware and depricating OS X vs. Linux, no-Apple power cables, cross-platform/cross-lingual UI/UX differences, but also why collaborating on text with Etherpad and not just MediaWiki and conferencing with open source software Jitsi , as well as how to start basic documenting of events on Wikimedia and the current political situation in Serbia with protests, EuroVision song national selections.
We were guided (remotly) by WikiBrunch intiator User:Zblace on writting and co-editing this amazing article on Wikispore as most experimental and forgining wiki for newbies in Wikimedia ;-p
We had a great easy going brunch...
but some still ask oneself harder questions like:
what is the difference between
I like you and I love you?
when they are preassured into writting first content on the wiki ;-)
We hope to keep in touch also online/offline until next WikiBrunch in...mid April?
