Monthly highlight collaborations

2020 March

While Event:Open Data Day 2020 is an important topic and we probably want to develop it more together, I think the highlight collaboration for March 2020 should probably be Event:International Women's Day 2020.--Pharos (talk) 19:33, 10 January 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

2021

I feel we should do better for both of these days in 2021 as most events will be online or hybrid. Should we try to organize a kind of MonthlyWikiSporeSprint ? --Zblace (talk) 09:30, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Wikispore Day presentation on Wikinews, AI, RSS and Wikispore

Wanted to share this, not sure the proper way to get it to display in thumbnail on the front side of this page: Wikispore, Proposing a new generation of collaborative journalism platforms.pdf.--Pharos (talk) 19:40, 3 August 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Did you also want feedback on content? I think there is much to do on this conceptually as it is very technocentric and crude use of words 'journalism' and 'citizen'... I think that statement 'Wikispore can be an excellent substitution to Wikinews' is not helping :-/ --Zblace (talk) 09:44, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Staying up to date, on the Event Spore

How may I stay up to date with the latest developments regarding the Event Spore? Do you have a mailing list, or a domain? I find this concept fascinating and would like to stay informed on what is happening in regards to Event Spore. --Jtm-lis (talk) 20:59, 19 September 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

There are no established specific channels for communication per individual spore, but I guess if you want to establish one that is exclusive for this consider starting a new channel on https://chat.wmcloud.org/ (at least this is what I try now with CivilSocietySpore and https://chat.wmcloud.org/wikimedia/channels/wiki-loves-civil-society --Zblace (talk) 06:32, 23 September 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Broken tool link

The page includes a Cradle tool link which goes into some kind of horrible loop whenever I click on it (using either Firefox or Vivaldi, though Vivaldi sometimes gives a more helpful Bad Gateway error). The older link which was on the page until August gives similar behaviour. AllyD (talk) 14:48, 24 September 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Still? What is Cradle tool link? Can you paste URL? Zblace (talk) 09:49, 7 October 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]
