Queer Spore

QueerSpore aims to map and note queering approaches in wiki-making and de-norming of things taken for granted in the wiki-cultures. It is initiated here to register the ideas, concepts, themes and topics, but also projects, programs and discourses that challenge and/or at least expand norms elsewhere. It is able to freely host form/content/method experiments, among wikisporians/farmers. It is accessible via domain https://Queer.WikiSpore.org

WikiBrunch
WikiBrunch is an experimental event format envisioned as hybrid queer-feminist intersectional meetup with expats/diaspora/migrant communities. We are intentionally choosing brunch as it is a casual format and weekends are more free for most.
Wikivise we focus on Wikidata/Wikibase, Commons, Wikispore, Wikivoyage as these are the projects they need more love and visibility. Wikipedia editing is always an option, but likely focusing again on content gaps, minority experiences and innovative/non-normative methods. Possible focus could be working towards February LGBT+ History month and establishing connections between different expats and locals.
- WikiBrunch @ WikiBär, Berlin - supported by WikiBär (Wikimedia Deutschland communal space) for the first few accurances, and promoted at/by Queering Code Berlin group. It is a casual/flexible format and duration (from 2 to 4 hours), done on weekends (more free to most to participate, also if cleaning is on Monday morning, there is no immediate pressure for perfect clean up).
- WikiBrunch @ MaMa, Zagreb - supported by Mi2.hr (Multimedia Institute)
