Volunteer Supporters Network (VSN) is a consortium of Wikimedia supporters, organized with some of the formalities of a Wikimedia affiliate. It appears to be formally sponsored by WMAT. The Network has had meetings since 2014, mainly in CEE and Africa it seems.

Description	The Volunteer Supporters Network (VSN) is an open network of Wikimedians supporting Wikimedia volunteers. Its mission is to enhance volunteer support in the Wikimedia movement. The impact the VSN wants to achieve is to improve the conditions for online and offline participation of volunteers, to increase diversity and to strengthen the spirit of global cooperation and innovation. The VSN develops, grows and maintains collaboration and exchange of expertise, ideas and resources.
