Shaping a framework of intervention after a problem

| Description | With les sans pagEs, we've been running workshops to shape how we should react after a problematic behaviour (online or in-real-life). We've been observing codes of conduct from the free software movement and previous wikimedian experiences to shape the framework, with both a feminist and a wikimedian perspective. We've been identifying the different problems and a process to act : explain privately, discuss publicly or take a sanction. |
