Description | The project aims to test peer support groups as a framework to provide more safety in the movement and prevent volunteer burnout. We will be working with a group of functionaries, who are responsible for providing safety in Polish language Wikipedia. We will be providing them with skills needed to deal with stress, react to harassement and manage conflict. And we will be helping them to build a network of mutual support which will mitigate the risk of burnout, provide space for sharing difficulties and help in dealing with stresful situations. |
