Description | Using our education projects (https://wikimedia.org.ar/cursohabilidadesdelsigloXXI/) we were able to help other organizations in the region to have paid interns to be able to commit and strengthen the internal knowledge of the local community and contribute to digital citizenship. This activity took a huge effort in coordinate different organizations (it was implemented in many countries in LATAM), and specially difficult to manage the payment aspects. |

A core concept that I don't want to miss is this: PAID interships. There is always a hidden desire in certain organizations to _not_ offer payments, so its important to fight for that
