Authority control

The WikiJournal User Group publishes a set of open-access, peer-reviewed academic journals with no publishing costs to authors. It started formally in 2016, and was renamed to WikiJournal in 2017. It is a registered nonprofit in Sweden and in the US. (US EIN 85-1545401, apparently a 509(a)(2) public charity, able to receive tax-deductible donations like a 501(c)(3) it seems.)
