Calibra sounds like Let's Connect. It may run separately. A Diff post from Oct 2023 gives an update: [[1]]
Description | Calibra (acronym for brazilian leadership capacity building, in portuguese) is a capacity building project for Brazilian wikimedians to better implement the movement strategy within the Portuguese-speaking community. Our goals, at this moment, are on the one hand to develop a training program for Brazilian wikimedians focused on implementation projects within the lusophone community and on the other hand to establish a network and a culture of strategic discussion in our community. We've been granted with a MSIG, and are currently working in the project's first phase, which is the consultation and research process for building a pilot program, up to january. |

This activity was planned based on a research we did last year. For six months we have investigated the perceptions of the Portuguese-speaking community about strategic topics such as equity in decision making and governance. We wanted to know what the possibilities, and the challenges, for the implementation of a lusophone hub were, so we ran a consultation process with different stakeholders.
