Org:Art+Feminism User Group
"Art+Feminism is a non-profit organization that leads an international campaign to improve coverage of cis, and trans women, gender and the arts on Wikipedia through organizing in-person training and editing events." Most Art+Feminism edit-a-thons take place in March of each year.[1] Over 20,000 people at 1,500 events have participated in Art+Feminism edit-a-thons around the world, resulting in the creation and improvement of more than 100,000 Wikimedia articles and pages.[2]
Project/activites beyond editathons include: the Art+Feminism Security Toolkit[3], Unreliable Guidelines: Reliable Sources and Marginalized Communities in French, English and Spanish Wikipedias, and Anti-Racism and Equity Work.
Art+Fem have a staff of three and volunteers in many roles.[4]
