Making User Experience improvements more widely known by the Community

Description	THE PROBLEM: We often hear of features, functionality and improvements that the Community wants which have already been implemented. This tells us that we need to do a better job of announcing and socializing the user experience improvements we release. IDEA: Make short, shareable videos of new features and improvements. Ensure the videos can be captioned in many languages. Share these on Village Pumps and with interest groups across the Movement. Create a repository of these videos for access later.
