Encouraging Wikimedia participation within the Irish language community

| Description | Vicipéid (Irish language Wikipedia) is still relatively unknown or unused in the Irish language community. I would like to engage with this community and encourage participation with Wikimedia projects to grow both the amount of knowledge on Vicipéid and also the Vicipéid community itself. |

I've already gotten some great advice in the previous WM Summit session about learning from communities such as Welsh, Basque and Catalan Wikimedia groups, as well as how to engage sustainably by training the trainers and creating local hubs. Any more advice is greatly appreciated :)
